Have you noticed that you get very tired or stressed when the moon appears full in the sky? Just as the moon controls the ebb and flow of the tides, so it affects us throughout the month as it waxes and wanes.

A full moon shines her bright light on the areas in our life that are out of balance, bringing them to our attention so we can recognise them and deal with them. Once you’ve identified what’s holding you back it’s the perfect time to release what you no longer want in your life.
