You will be taken through a unique guided visualisation that will be tailored for you.

If you are new to Cosmic Releasing ®  and would like to arrange a personal workshop at a time to suit you, please email me to make arrangements. 

These 2 hour personal workshops cost £90 and include a recording of your personal meditation.
